Im quite sure I've heard that our galaxy will crash into the Andromeda galaxy in just a few billion years.

But if you're talking about our suns movement in I dont think you can aim at a star in the way you want, this is becouse the star you're aiming at is moving to.

After all our sun is moving around the center of our galaxy (Segattaurius A) and will keep moving around until the galaxy stops to move or our sun is thrown out of orbit.

The best bet is to point up anywhere at night and act like you mean it when your talking to someone and say - Dats where we is headed. They will say gosh .... he sure knows his stuff.
