Mound Builders on Mars?

Throwing caution to the winds, one wonders if the "crater" would be the launch basin for vertical takeoff of a rocket, and if the mound is a "bunker", "storage", etc. Is there a defined size to the formation?

A similar octagon and ring formation (like the Ohio earthwork) was recently discovered with the aid of satellite images taken over the upper Amazon Basin area of Brazil.

Looking again at the Dome/Crater formation found in Utopia Planitia region of Mars, please note how the northern axis passes through the center of the round crater - and when aligned with the indented "marker" found on the crater's eastern rim it crates an angle of 52 (51.8).

Much like the 51.8 angle observed on the octagon/circle mound in Newark Ohio.

As above so below.
