Dear Mr. Burford, again, I thank you for finding the time to reply....
I so much appreciate your answer when you say: - No. "You have set the bar so high on this one that the only evidence I can imagine satisfying it is actual communication". This is what I wanted to know from you and....I could not agree with you more. Yes...the bar is set at such a height we, as mere mortals, can only guess at the location of it's shadow. But if you could, by virtu of imagery provided by NASA "see" the evidence....would you really want to know? Or better said and to quote Shakespeare; "to be or NOT to be....that is the question?
Your comment earlier caught my attention when you said; "be carful what you wish for" and for a moment there, you had me off guard. For I do know full well the ramifications of what I have sought and I can tell you, it has left a graze on my soul I could never have predicted.
In the past several months, I have tried to come to terms with what I have uncovered. It has been a journey so strange, so impeccably unique, I could not describe this to my friends nor even my own Father. This HAS been a terribly lonely experience. I have walked back and forth trying to come to terms with what I have found in these images, that it nearly drove me to the brink of insanity. Yet I have a strong constitution, I relied on my professional knowledge of imaging software, and kept a rational mind at all times.
Like most, my research started out looking for signs of "representations" that I could make sense of, typically, three dimensional images...a building or a geometric shape or even a space ship that I could say "there" that does NOT look natural! Of course...not even a gimps that came close to fitting the bill.
Then, one evening, everything changed. There on my computer screen the fantastic appeared. I fell to the floor in my home office and could hardly grasp a breath of air. It took me several moments to turm back to my computer screen...."this could NOT be"!
Something happened to me that evening that has changed my life forever. You will understand that when a discovery is firm and without a doubt, it will paralyze ones senses. On the one hand, you know that what you are looking at should NOT be there...so you check your "marbles"....you will grapple with "am I insane?", how can this be, this should not...indeed it CANNOT be. But the more you zoom in and out....it becomes irrefutable....you check again. The same.
Needless to say, I did not sleep too well that night. And from that day on, I went on what I can only describe as an amazing journey of almost unbelievable cosmic enlightenment. Well enough said on that. I so appreciate though being able to tell this story.
Over recent months, armed with my new found knowledge of the reality that extra terrestrial life does indeed exist, I have become more concerned about how others may respond to this discovery. I am a rational man with a profession that I take very seriously but I do know the profound effect this has had on me. I am struggling with how and indeed if I should convey this information. It has been a very difficult awakening.
So....here I am then, in the midst of a most excellent peer group who's banner is; "Paradoxes Resolved, Origins Illuminated". I look to your input, your desire, your yearning for the truth. I am confident I can bring this quest to this arena of academic analysis for all but, it will be a journey....nothing will happen right away. This will be step by step and along the way, we can review everything.
I need your help though, as I would like to know if I can upload images directly to the site. Step one...is this possible?
My deepest appreciation and thanks,
Malcolm

Direct uploads are not possible, but you can place a link in a post to an image that is stored on another computer. It can be your own computer, but if you turn it off the link won't work until you turn it on again. I recommend using an online image storage service (I use PhotoBucket but there are others) so the link always works.
Once you have set up an account with your chosen service and stored an image, you can display that image here in a post by surrounding the address with the 'img' HTML tags.
Example: suppose the address of your picture is "photobucket/scott/OMG!/NFW_24.jpeg". The link would look like this:
<img]photobucket/scott/OMG!/NFW_24.jpeg[/img]
<ul>NOTE: I deliberately mangled the first tag (by using an angle bracket in place of the first square bracket) to force the forum editor to treat that line as text instead of as a link.</ul>***
Also, be careful not to link an image that is very wide. Our forum software has problems with wide images. I'll let you know if you need to crop an image.

According to JPLnasa the atmospheric pressure at Mars surface is ~600pa or too low for liquid water to exist. Going 7,000 deeper under the surface atmospheric pressure will reach more than 900pa which is high enough for liquid water at 0C to 5C max. Still, the atmosphere is ~95% CO2 so maybe it is too warm at the site to support any water.

Hello Malcolm. I am familiar with your work. You sent me some information about this a while back via The Cydonia Institute e-mail. I watched your current video THE APOCALYPSE OF MARS twice. Although I see what your seeing...I don't think the figurative formations are artificial. The anatomy of the Roman warrior is very poorly rendered and the truncated dolphin forms appear to be common shapes in the area. I would classify these formations - in your very well presented video - as simulacrum or false images. These types of vague and silhouetted figures are usually just one-dimensional patterns or constructed of web-like contours without any substance or real depth. These hybrid images tend to be generic formations that are distorted and grotesque in form and are for the most part simply impressionistic gestures.
The odd shapes and human-like figures that are produced by these examples are disproportionate or distorted in some manner and only subjectively correspond to something recognizable. Although there is the occasional rock formation and chance patterns that may take on the outward appearance of a human figure or face, nature does not produce proportional figures that maintain identifiable features in the proper orientation, such as eye, nose, mouth, ear, nor do they include recognizable symbols or iconography within its geology.
Keep looking...

Hi Jim, thank you for returning this information on the atmospheric density on the Martian surface and the speculated density at the base of the Hebes Chasma. This is a highly controversial subject for sure and one that will continue for months if not years to come. From my reading and research, it does appear to me that water does exist on the surface which of course is a dichotomy in and of itself. No significant atmosphere, water will boil off and evaporate, with an atmosphere and the right temperature, water remains liquid. So the real question is; is there an dense atmosphere on Mars and if so, what is its composition truthfully.
To my eyes, clearly evident on the left hand side of PIA09103 on the downward side of the near slope of Cape Verde there is a large pool of liquid in the foreground. This is documented in my video The Apocalypse of Mars. What makes this image of liquid so compelling, is the fact that the pool is actually transparent! Close-up analysis using Irfanview imaging software www.irfanview.com/ you will be able to get close enough to see through the liquid where the rock formation above the pool transcends down into and below the surface of the liquid!
Also, another interesting fact is that only now are we seeing color images of the Martian surface being uploaded by NASA with a blue sky although they are quick to state that the image is a false color insertion. All earlier color images were uploaded in their traditional red hue conveying a pink sky. My mytimes are changing. It is interesting to note that these color images have been what I refer to as hazed by increasing the red spectrum of the photograph. Of course, this falls in line with the concept of the Red Planet.
So when the red hue is increased in any color photograph, a tell tale portion or artifact needing to be blurred simply submerges into the background and becomes less visible. Now we can test this because, if you take a color image like a panoramic shot showing the sky and the surface below which has been manipulated into the red spectrum or hazed, IF the image was indeed red then by decreasing the red hue in the imaging software, the result would be a sky that turns from the pink to a lighter pink. But what we invariably find in almost all cases, is that the sky actually turns from pink to BLUE! And a blue according Lord John Rayleigh, is consistent with an abundance of nitrogen vis--vis carbon dioxide. In my opinion, Mars is NOT a red planet but a planet far more similar to Earth. Of course, the ultimate question here is; does life intelligent exist there now?
In the coming days and months, I will bring to this forum absolute evidence that indeed, life is absolutely abundant and this evidence will rock your boat beyond your imagination.

Malcolm, The real problem with life on Mars is the atmosphere is almost pure CO2 and nothing can live in that other than archaea-not even bacteria. I'm sure you can get an estimate of the atmospheric pressure as good as any of your pictures from NASA also since they are the only game in town regarding Mars. Can you tell me how you can see a rock below water in the hole on Mars without a little help from Nasa? Or you don't need them steenking pictures from NASA?
