This was a quote from Francis Bacon but surely was not meant as a "blanket" observation of your input. However, I think we should take a position that we need to look a little closer on these anomalies. Just because you have adopted the position of "it's not really there, it's just the way my brain see's it" can, in my opinion lead to a lack of understanding in the way the Alien life on Mars operates. I'm going to try and explain this a little better in a new post.

Just sayin'.

There's nothing "fuzzy" about my monitor and graphics card. What's fuzzy are the images themselves. At least to the extent they are supposed to be representative of something other than some unknown landscape.

In the final analysis, truth will prevail. If someone has definitive proof, or even overwhelming evidence that Intelligent Life lives or lived on Mars, I would think that information would be worth it's weight in gold, and could prove to be highly profitable to the person who found it.

That's where the rubber would hit the road though.

Rich, Interesting. Would you like to collaborate on that proof?

Not necessarily - all things are interpreted differently to different people, "an apple is a seed but it is also food as well as a target". Proof is but a word. If you think you have it, then it MUST be interpreted.

Yes, there is "proof" on Mars but one man's interpretation is another man's question. No?

There is only ONE question that needs to be answered - is there inrelligent life elsewhere other than Earth? Once this question is answered, then the gates will open (and so will the can of worms)
