While might reside in a black hole it is also possible that the universe is the result of a white hole

They would have repulsive gravity but this could be like saying the sky has repulsive gravity.
Whats going to be really odd about these is that while there is only probably one in the universe they could end up appearing in different locations simply because the volume of the universe is more than its outside surface could contain but this needs more thought etc.
What will be especially interesting is that they are hypothesized here to have some wormhole like properties where you can actually take shortcuts in space.
This is great because if nature does something naturally the chances for a man or alien made warp drive is better.Ironically all the stuff about UFO observations where they show rapid acceleration and hovering etc is very much what this alternative theory also predicts for a craft if its possible at all.
