whta is the power they are going to use in process and how are they going to use an electromagnetic ring? i have an idea that if they can do that maybe they can get helicopters an dplanes to use less fuel when in higher altitudes or on the way.

Source is simple electrical power - in the initial experiment, the superconductor was fed a current of 10^4 amps using a high voltage generator. The apparatus then focuses a beam which appears to counteract gravity for any object in its path. A number of different types of target object were used, and it was found that the effect was independent of mass or composition; electromagnetic shielding also failed to counteract the effect, indirectly supporting the idea that this was a genuine anti-gravity phenomenon. No one else (allegedly) has been able to replicate this experiment, so there is a question mark over its validity. Boeing, again allegedly, because I've heard so many different reports/claims about this, are interested, it would now seem, from the point of view of using this device as a gun to knock satellites out of orbit.
In order to be used to significantly reduce fuel costs, the device would have to be developed appreciably beyond it's 2% performance rating at present! It was noted that the anti-gravitational effect seemed to be proportional to the magnetic field, so perhaps some enhancement of this element would produce a stronger effect. Anyway, I'll be watching this one with some interest!

I think it will take another ten years at the least to get past 100% performaance rating, and i think if is to be effect they need it to heavy amounts for small amounts of electromagnets, like a wirght ration of (lift power:wieght of magnets)=(1.2:1) at least. please correct me if objects are heavier when they are in air or in other places in the sky(any phenoneum). The applications would be to so many things, the only question is el;ectronics can not handle magnets very well how are they7 going to get past that? I think they need to make electronic more resilant to magnets.

Is this the same type of device that the germans were reputed to have near the end of the war?

I am not sure about german near secret war weapons so do not ask me. I know that it could be turned into a weapon of war to break through satelite feeds and shields.
