While we are deciding what to do about this, I have a question.
Two what?

I'm not sure if you have been the target of one of my lectures about the importance of the proper use of units (we have had a slow trickle of members over the years that have been clueless), but this is a pretty good real-world example of why units are important.
A number without units is math. Pretty, and fun, but of no practical use.
A number with units is physics. It can be good physics or bad physics, but at least it can be physics.
Financial transactions are a branch of physics.

which brings me to the question for you Larry
what is .... not the answer but what are the dimensions of this answer
or do you think that you cant do this "speed of light / resistance"
let me know so I can show you how to work this problem

<br />MARX,
You know you are not supposed to be selling your stuff here
We are considering punitive measures.
Stand by.

Of course you can do a division like this. The resulting units will be meters per second per ohm.
So what? IOW, why should I be interested in a number with these units? What kind of new widget can an engineer design with this? Bad physics is just a notch or two above pure math, in terms of physical relevance.
