Tom Bearden is a conman looking for investors according to James Randi. I believe Randi. Whatever Bearden says (about anything) is similarly tarred.

I believe what is supported by fact. Btw, you can find many disparate sources of information on quantum potential weapons. I can't stress enough, the point that Metaresearch, and by extension, PG, need less, not more insularity if they are to survive and thrive.
