So, we agree then new data from another test with modern equipment. It would be good to do the test and then reverse the test and see if the clocks return to sync with each other. How does one go about the business of getting a test like this on the adjenda?

Jim,
Not sure but I suspect it will take some clout since they think they already know the answer and don't want to find a different answer.
You would, I'm ssure, also need to be able to prove that the clocks being used were superior in some way to any used so far.
Knowing to believe only half
of what you hear is a sign of
intelligence. Knowing which
half to believe can make you
a genius.

This test seems so easy to do anyone should be able to get some kind of result that could be used. Why do you say it would be difficult?

Jim,
The amount of precision required is daunting. You need something much better than a Stop Watch, a Mickey Mouse or even a Timex or was that a Rolex.

I just read the data on the test and see the clocks are very easily put out of wack and they were banged around a lot during the test. Maybe the US military has better data(must have) that could be accessed.

Jim,
It appears the "Conclusive" time dilation test is about as weak as my UniKRF gravity tests. Finding the singal in the background noise is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Sure looks phooney to me.
