Marx, The two laws that were around at the time were Stephan's Law and Wien's Law. If you have time you might like reading the history-you might have a different perspective than I since it is not all that well known as to exactly what the constants mean. After all the meat of the matter is the models now in use and not the people who made the models.

this seems pretty close to 1/fine structure constant = 137.0359997650
137.255589104092 [mass]1 [length]-1 [time]0 [current]-1

also notice that the resistance equals the free space Vacuum Impedance

[M][L]2[T]-3-2
Resistance = 376.839119706 = Vacuum Impedance
[M]-1[L]3[T]-20
Gravitational Force = 6.6722944169096e-011

[M][L][T]-2-2
Permeability = 1.257e-006
[M]0[L][T]-10
Velocity = 299792458
and Plancks
[mass] = 2.17676119060338e-008
[length] = 1.616012e-35
[time] = 5.39043580609356e-044

and
[current] = 9.81377657262338e+024
should be Plancks current ??? maybe I just Verified it

found from the Universal Data above

I hope that I can make a new SI unit Which I think is of Importance and its
[M][L][T]
Unity = 1.86086733270398e-061

this comes from the Universal DATA

UNITY = the act, state, or quality of forming a whole from separate parts
