the seminar was a bit of a disappointment for me, basically it was just a slide show of the different projects used trough history to determine the constants in GR with lower and lower error.
Sergei did add a small note at the very end though about 2 problems with GR which he stated "may falsify GR" one of them was the strange acceleration applied to the Voyager probes.
