The chapters were written by different authors without consulting with one another. The editor simply grouped them by rough subject matter. So feel free to skip around at will.

If I may be so bold as to offer an opinion, I found it beneficial to read the articles in order up through Slabinsky. It was at that point helpful to go back and read Dark Matter again with the benefit of the background provided in Pushing Gravity.
