ANS: Let me suggest that you notify Hawkins, Vilenkin and other highly reconized names that you can prove they are being illogical.

if they are think the same as you are on this subject that won't be hard to prove they are wrong. i have long pasted this so and so said this so it must be right,20yrs ago with Einstein. if we as beings in this universe lose this spirt or right to question anybody no matter who they are we are in trouble no doubt. as far as i'm concerned they have, once they are content to leave the concept of nothing as is with no further inquiry as to nothings nature have reached the limits of their imagination, reasoning, mathematical tools and have lost the spirt of scientific inquiry. they have lost the "WANT TO KNOW" and "DISCOVERY" and it also shows their arrogance in thinking they are right without questioning there own conclusions. they should be saying that for now, at this point, this concept of nothing is temporary and that we are further inquiring into all its natures. to not even suggest this is very telling to me. if you can't and/or don't question or criticize your own theories then you have forgotten how to build a theory, its tough but of course must be done.

and Mac i have no doubt that if we got them all in one room with some of us who would come out ahead.[;)]

i recognize that these people need to step back analyze and reevaluate their position.

also do you really think they would take the time to listen!? i have tried with others, they simple don't want to here it. hasn't that been part of the problem lack of willingness to here other views and to discuss, look what happened with cold fusion!!

huesdens,

<blockquote id="quote"><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"><b>That is just a matter of opinion, but you never proved this "impossibility".</b><hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

ANS: Read more carefully. Unlike some that make absolute statement about the impossibility of something I stte the unprovn or unprovable and illogical. I did not say proven impossible.

north & huesdens,

North, we are in generl agreement with your above post about continuing to question. My only objection here is that it seems we can quote good policy but are reluctant to follow it. that is this has been a one way street.

I am willing to admit that I can be wrong on tis, although I don't think so. The others here are more jprone to say no I am right and you support the impossible.

So in that regard who is really circumventing the continuation of investigation?

Huesdens,

I am getting to far behind on another site where my UniKEF theory is being critiqued and I am having to answer questions. It has been a year of hell over there (something like this thread) [:D] and I am going to have to break this off.

mac

you are.

let me put it this way, we've come to a fork in the theoretical highway, if we go to the left (your way) nothing is nothing and you are quite happy to continue on with a very limited understanding and learning potential, you will hit a understanding "STOP" sign eventually. going to the right on the other hand, not only will this direction know all that you know but also anything and all the ramifications that has the potential to be known about this so called nothing, because to call something "nothing" and then build a theory around it without knowing all that can be known about it IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH, there is a "GO" sign to find out more.

your way knowledge is limited.

going to the right, knowledge is unlimited. it's also more Challenging and Fun.[:D]
