This sounds awfully fishy to me, how do you have a global warming if you have reduced incident energy by 1/5? Have solar power plants dropped 20% in power level over the last 20 years? Average electrical use for heating and cooling across the country has shown no clear upward or downward trend. I think I need some more hard data on this one.
