No body asked me but in my opinion Earth is older than 4.6 billion years and so hot because of unknown reactions within its interior. I agree there are a lot of silly theories in science and else where. One of the most silly is the belief in science that models speak the truth about nature.

Since you guys keep taking non-scientific pot shots at the Visiting Team, I think it is only fair to give them an occasional free throw.
MY goal is (still) to see if they can actually provide us with an argument that will stand up to detailed examination.

(So far they have not even tried. One suspects that the reason for this is obvious.)

I suppose that there really are a lot of scientists out there that think models are this powerful. But don't forget that the 80/20 rule applies: 80% of science is cr*p. Why? Because 80% of everything is cr*p.
Models are not reality. But they are also not useless.
I sure hope you get over your formaphobia soon. I for one am getting a little tired of hearing about it.
Regards,
LB

LB, Either I don't write well or you don't read well and either way its too bad nothing gets through. Maybe its the other way round-you don't write well or I don't read well?
