"The telecommunications industry transmits vast quantities of data via fiber optics. Light signals race down the information superhighway at about 186,000 miles per second. But information cannot be processed at this speed, because with current technology light signals cannot be stored, routed or processed without first being transformed into electrical signals, which work much more slowly. If the light signal could be controlled by light, it would be possible to route and process optical data without the costly electrical conversion, opening up the possibility of processing information at the speed of light.

This is exactly what the EPFL team has demonstrated. Using their Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS) method, the group was able to slow a light signal down by a factor of 3.6, creating a sort of temporary "optical memory." They were also able to create extreme conditions in which the light signal travelled faster than 300 million meters a second. And even though this seems to violate all sorts of cherished physical assumptions,......"

Slowing down light is considered to be a critical step in our ability to process information optically. The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) considers it so important that it has been funnelling millions of dollars into projects such as "Applications of Slow Light in Optical Fibers" and research on all-optical routers. To succeed commercially, a device that slows down light must be able to work across a range of wavelengths, be capable of working at high bit-rates and be reasonably compact and inexpensive."

Before jumping into researching the Intalek Papers on Mass Fluctuations, whereby "Gravitomagnetic Theory shows that the magnetic field energy produced by a moving electron is equivalent to its’ special relativistic mass fluctuation, and therefore, is shown to couple to gravity. field ( 216.109.125.130/search/cache?ei=UTF-8&p=...34FFB&icp=1&.intl=us );" let's take a look at the phase conjugation of reverse time light waves and the possible implications of such effects with in matter, biological systems, and utilization of time domain energetics in development of advanced technologies.

Even though we live in a forward time Universe where antimatter is sublimated to a secondary role in defining the relativistic processes that maintains the structure of matter and times arrow, it may be that this asymmetric role of antimatter is in itself a phase conjugation mirror of matters structural holographic template whereby phase fluctuations are anchored to a phase conjugation of the moment as the mirror reverse time template of antimatter is being reassembled into forward time template of matter. If we can understand the process of assembly of time and matter, then we will see that it is impossible to have forward time without having reverse time balancing the future motion of all waves. The picture even gets more complicated since this duality of motion with in the nuclei of all matter has a complex geometry that is fed by a duality of fields in motion at faster then light speeds of extremely high frequencies that resonate within this dimension and form the gluon strings that attach to quarks and antiquarks within the nucleons. Could gravity be the result of mass locked synchronizations that form from this modulation of high frequencies with in the nuclei of atoms as they cascade into this dimension creating matter mass attractions and electromagnetic frequencies?

NATURE OF AN ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE*

We now know something quite unusual about an electromagnetic wave and about a photon. Figure 4a shows how a photon may be represented. Here we find that a photon is a single oscillation of the E-field vector and the H-field vector as shown in the diagram. Since the oscillation is with respect to time, the wave moves along the axis of velocity in the S-frame for. a single wavelength, then repeats itself again and again. The E- or H-oscillation actually represents an orthogonal, rotating etheric or hyperspatial flux about the velocity vector; this spinning (exploding and imploding) flux is coming into the S-frame from outside it (from virtual states) and returning (into virtual states). It is a neutrino flux, as we shall see. In the photon, half a sine-wave cycle represents the fission action that splits the action quantum into canonical pairs, while the second half of the sine-wave cycle represents the fusion of the canonical fragments back into an action quantum. One half-cycle thus represents a positive time operation or creation, while the other half-cycle represents a negative time (fusion) operation. If the complete sine-wave cycle has sufficient amplitude (energy), it can sometimes be broken in half, with the positive time portion revealing the negative field (negative charge) of the E-vector, while the negative time portion reveals a positive field or charge of the E-vector. This is pair production, the creation of an electron and a positron. Each of these fragments has spin one half, while the photon quantum has spin one. Since the positron is a fusion interaction existent, it is an "electron traveling backward in time," just as predicted by Dirac.
In Figure 4b I show that both the E-field vector and the H-field vector are composed of an infinite number of virtual vectors, each of which is composed of an infinite number of even smaller virtual vectors, and so on. This follows from the fact that during any time interval - including the period of a single oscillation of a photon - a photon may be considered to consist of an infinite number of virtual happenings, each consisting of an infinite number of subhappenings, and so on. The photon itself may then be considered to have a direct, nested virtual substructure, and this substructure is directly hyperspatial in nature as well. This structure has not been considered in Maxwell's field equations, which have been formed from gross macroscopic considerations of bare particles and continuous fields. Maxwell's equations (and the normal concept of an electromagnetic wave and single frequency) thus represent only gross envelopes of the actual form and structure of waves and fields. As I have already shown in the main body of this book, one can even photograph the hyperfield structure of a magnetic field using a simple bar magnet and a color TV tube. Further, we will find that this virtual structure of a photon can be altered, "modulated," or changed by simple signal modulations, among other methods. The only requirement is that we learn to regard modulations differently.
In addition, inside each half-cycle of a photon's E-vector, relatively instantaneous fluctuations and "losses" of the vector's magnitude occur. At these "E-field glitches" in the photon, it actually contains only an H-vector. In this case the photon is a neutrino momentarily - or, in other words, it will admit a neutrino through the E-field glitch. The greater the charged field (voltage potential), the greater the number of photons available, thus the greater the number of neutrino interactions within the field. A potential of about 200-300 volts per meter altitude above the earth's surface normally exists in our biosphere. Many neutrinos emitted by the sun and bombarding the earth are absorbed in or interact with this E-potential above the earth; hence underground experiments to measure the neutrino radiation from the sun have detected less neutrinos than expected.
Momentary H-field glitches exist in a similar manner and interact with or admit neutrinos in a similar fashion.
Light can thus conduct neutrinic waves containing bioenergy or eloptic energy, as T.G. Hieronymus discovered. In the first hyperframe (EM field frame), this can be seen to be simply a space charge of electrons conducting a wave disturbance through it, or a piece of ordinary conductive matter conducting an ordinary EM wave.

* Actually the electromagnetic field is not the most fundamental field, but is something that is torn out of, or separated from, a more fundamental field: the vector potential, or A-field, well-known in particle physics but usually ignored in EM field theory. SUBJECT: Research and Preliminary Engineering for Space Vehicle Program

SYNOPSIS


This proposal recommends a long-range coordinated program for the research and preliminary engineering leading to the construction of prototype space vehicles.
The proposal stresses the importance of research on gravitation and on the relationships between electrodynamics and gravitation. It calls attention to certain possibilities inherent in such a program of development.

The program would be divided and conducted in steps, as follows:


(a) Preliminary investigations of physical methods,
(b) Engineering development,

(c) Advance design,

(d) Construction of operating prototypes.



SCOPE OF INTEREST


(a) Propulsion
The program anticipates the use of electric methods of propulsion and control, and specifically excludes the consideration of jet or rocket propulsion devices, per se, except as a means for generating the required high electrical potential. Emphasis is placed on studies of the physical relationships between electrodynamics and gravitation leading to the development of methods of electrogravitic propulsion and steering control.

(b) Navigational and Flight Control Instruments

Problems of space navigation are to be examined, particularly with the view of applying electrogravitic principles in the design of flight instruments to indicate:


1. Gravitational Vector (insensitive to acceleration),
2. Acceleration (insensitive to gravity),

3. Gravitational Gradient (insensitive to acceleration),

4. Gravitational Potential of Space,

5. Electrical Potential of Space,

6. Space Speed (absolute ether drift).

(c) Communication and Remote Control Systems

Applications of electrogravitic induction to communications and remote control are to be developed. Use of gravitational radiation is the objective.

Basic tests with electrically-shielded capacitors and massive high-K dielectrics are proposed. Methods are to extended into full-scale communication systems. Such systems, while similar to electromagnetic (radio) systems may be found to offer many advantages - such as higher penetrability, elimination, elimination of "shaded" areas, higher velocity of wave propagation and a wholly new spectrum of channels.

(d) Materials of Construction

Continuation of the research of the late Charles Francis Brush on the "non-equivalence of mass and weight" is recommended (see appendix). Further confirmation of the Brush findings may be provided by the existence of gravitational isotopes, as distinguished from mass isotopes. Procedures for isolating gravitational isotopes in common aircraft metals, with the object of creating super-light alloys.

Methods of beneficiation are suggested for enriching the content of lighter gravitational isotopes in common aircraft metals, with the object of creating super-light alloys. The spontaneous evolution of heat, observed by Brush and Harrington, appears to be one of the characteristics of lighter gravitational isotopes, and may serve as a tracer in the steps of beneficiation. Studies are proposed to determine the source of the energy and to investigate possible uses of said heat.

This program is to include a study of the rare earth metals and their alloys, and also the metal tantalum, regarded as potential aircraft materials. In nature, most of the rare earth metals (and tantalum) indicate mean values of specific gravity having large negative anomalies, and this property makes them interesting as probable rich sources of gravitational isotopes required in the manufacture of super-light materials of construction.



PROGRAM OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT


Group A - ELECTRODYNAMIC-GRAVITATIONAL FIELD RELATIONSHIPS
Purpose: Generation of quasi-gravitation by electrical means, quantitative measurements and derivation of equations.

Abstract:

One of the basic relationships between the electrodynamic field and the gravitational field appears to be revealed "during the process of charging or discharging electric capacitors".

Proposal:

Confirming experiments are proposed in which two or more large high-voltage capacitors are associated spatially with a short-period geophysical gravimeter. Careful observations are to be made of the momentary gravitational anomalies induced in the region which accompany the change in electrical state. Studies are proposed of the effects of varying total capacitance, rate-of-change of electric charge, mass of dielectric materials, specific inductive capacity of said materials and whether the effects are vector or scalar. These investigations shall be directed toward the derivation of a satisfactory mathematical expression including all of the above factors.




Group B - PROPAGATION OF GRAVITATIONAL WAVES
Purpose: Transmission and reception of electro-gravitational waves for purposes of communication and remote control.

Abstracts:

Preliminary experiments have indicated the existence of an inductive inter-action between two independent shielded capacitors. In these experiments, a discharging capacitor induces a voltage in an adjacent capacitor, and the effect appears to penetrate electromagnetic shielding. Theoretically, this effect of one capacitor upon another appears to be electrogravitic in nature and constitutes evidence of a new type of wave propagation. It is believed that this form of inductive transmission may eventually be utilized in a completely new method of wireless communication.

Proposal:

It is proposed that progressively larger-scale and longer-range transmissions be conducted. Beginning with untuned systems, laboratory tests are proposed to explore the basic electrogravitic relationships between simple systems of capacitors. Then, progressing to tuned systems, and pulsed (radar) applications, large-scale out-of-door demonstrations are suggested. Such demonstrations shall be conducted between suitably protected transmitting and receiving vaults (preferably underground) which are thoroughly shielded against electromagnetic radiation. Appropriate studies of wave attenuation due to transmission through large masses of earth may then be undertaken. Similar studies of wave attenuation in sea water are also prosed. These studies are to be supported by fundamental research on the nature of electrogravitic induction (See appendix for outline).




Group C - PONDEROMOTIVE FORCES IN SOLID DIELECTRICS
Purpose: Isolation and measurement of electrogravitic forces in solid dielectrics.

Abstract:

Investigations conducted by Biefeld and Brown point to the existence of a hitherto unrecognized ponderomotive force in all ferroelectrics under changing electric stress. This force appears to be a function of the specific inductive capacitance and the mass of the dielectric material, as well as high voltage and current factors. Recent availability of the massive barium titanate (high-K) dielectrics and other dielectrics of this class give promise of developing these forces to the point where they may become of practical importance in specific propulsion applications.

Proposal:

A survey of dielectric materials revealing this effect is proposed. Beginning with a critical analysis, using the Townsend Brown Differential Electrometer (an instrument developed at the Naval Research Laboratory and at the University of Pennsylvania), studies are proposed of the forces developed in mica, glass, marble, phenolics and dielectrics in general and then, in particular, the newer ceramic dielectrics. This work is to be augmented by basic determinations of the Biefeld-Brown effect in vacuum. (See appendix).

It is proposed that, after suitably active materials are selected, scale models of other rotary and linear "motors" be constructed and tested. With the necessary engineering data then at hand, a motor to weigh approximately 500 lbs. may be constructed to propel a model ship. This is proposed as a practical demonstration of one of the forms of electrogravitic drive.

Ether drift and space-couple observations, including specifically a repetition of the classic Trouton-Noble experiment (but using massive dielectrics) are suggested as being of interest not only for their contribution to basic knowledge of the nature of space but as bearing upon the principle of operation of space speed indicators (See appendix).

Low temperature experiments in physics of the solid state (using the liquid-helium cryostat) are highly recommended but are expensive. These experiments, however, may be so designed as to provide answers to many questions relative to the fundamental nature of gravitation. They are to embrace such subjects as the "Anomalous Mass of the Electron in Metals" and the "Behavior of Super-Cooled Dielectrics".

The availability of the liquid-helium cryostat would enable the project to engage continuously in low-temperature work which could contribute enormously to our knowledge of solid state physics.




Group D - REACTIVE FORCES IN FLUID DIELECTRICS
Purpose: Development of high speed electrokinetic propulsive systems for spacecraft.

Abstract:

Studies of boundary forces (where electrodes are in contact with fluid dielectrics) reveal the existence of a "complex" of inter-acting forces, some of which are purely electrostatic, some electromagnetic and some which could be electrogravitic. The tentative theory requires these electrogravitic forces to be present whenever a mass of dielectric material is charged and moving, and to increase in proportion to the volume of the fluid which is charged and moved. Hence, it is, in a sense, the juxtaposition of the elements of the static form of the capacitor described in Group C experiments, and provides what may be described as an electrokinetic propulsive system, with direct applications to high speed aircraft and spacecraft.

Proposal:

It is proposed that electrically-charged circular airfoils be mathematically analyzed and improved. Starting with 2 ft. discs at 50 KV, the steps of the development should include 4 ft. discs at 150 KV and a 10 ft. disc at 500 KV. Careful measurements are to be made of both static and dynamic thrust. Studies are also proposed wherein the discs are adapted for vertical lift (levitation) as well as for horizontal thrust and this feature may be incorporated in the design of the 10 ft. experimental model.

It is proposed that studies likewise be made of various methods for obtaining the required high voltages, and these studies should include the development and evaluation of the capacitor voltage multiplier and the "flame-jet" electrostatic generator to provide up to 15 million volts (See appendix).

This work is to be augmented by the engineering studies on the relative efficiency of propulsion of electrified discs in air at reduced pressure or in vacuum and at various voltages.




Group E - "THE SPONTANEOUS GENERATION OF HEAT IN CERTAIN COMPLEX SILICATES, LAVAS AND CLAYS.
Purpose: To establish the existence of the positive effects observed by Brush and Harrington, determine the origin of the energy represented and extend the observations into the rare earth /and other/ elements.

Abstract:

The discovery by Charles Francis Brush of an unexplained heating effect in certain materials is strikingly reminiscent of the discovery of radioactivity by Henri Becquerel which led to the isolation of radium by the Curies. Recent studies have indicated a certain parallelism between the radioactive elements and the rare earth elements, revealing the possibility of a spontaneous release of energy (in this instance in the form of heat alone) by the rare earth elements.

Thus, the newly discovered "thermoactivity" may bear the same relationship with the rare earth elements as "radioactivity" bears with the radioactive elements. In all probability the source of the energy represented in thermoactivity will be found in the complex unstable electronic shells of the rare earth atoms, and not in the nuclei as in radioactivity.

The anomalous gravitational properties of the rare earth elements and their wide-spread but tenuous occurrence in nature point to other parallels with the radioactive elements such as decay of activity and critical limits of mass.

Proposal:


1. Conduct an organized examination of materials (complex silicates, lavas, and clays) known to exhibit spontaneous heating.

2. Conduct a field search for additional materials.

3. Attempt to isolate and purify materials showing spontaneous heating.

4. Extend the examinations into the rare earth metals and tantalum.

5. Conduct mathematical and theoretical studies of gravitational isotopes as distinguished from mass isotopes.

6. Study the mechanism of spontaneous heat generation and the decay of the effect.

7. Study the effects of ionization, electric and magnetic fields upon the effect.

8. Study methods of beneficiation of materials for intensification of the heating effect.




Group F - NAVIGATIONAL AND FLIGHT CONTROL INSTRUMENTS

Purpose: Engineering development and design, adaptation for operation in conjunction with servo mechanisms for actuating flight control devices.
Abstract:

The physical principles underlying the operation of these instruments have evolved from the findings of C. F. Brush (see appendix - references). Quite recently, careful studies of the records of the Brush experiments have been made. The conclusions, while still highly controversial, leave no doubt that the Brush concept, if supported, can provide answers to many difficult and, as yet unsolved, problems in navigational and flight control instrumentation.

The Brush findings may be expressed simply:


"the ratio of mass to weight is not the same for all kinds of matter, as has been supposed, and the mass-weight ratio is not constant even in the same kind of matter".
Based on the hypothesis of the non-equivalence of mass and weight, the principles of three instruments have evolved as follows:
1. Gravitational vector (stable vertical)

Two equal (inertial) masses of unequal weight are utilized in a balanced pivoted device. Such a device may be said to be inertially symmetrical and gravitationally asymmetrical. The pivoted system will orient itself to the vector of gravity and yet remain insensitive to the inertial effects of acceleration and centrifugal force.

2. Accelerometer (inertial gradient)

Two unequal (inertial) masses of equal weight disposed in a pivoted device as above, but with spiral spring (or the like) tending to restore the movable system to zero position. The pivoted element responds quantitatively to inertial effects of acceleration and centrifugal force but is insensitive to gravity.

3. Gravitational Gradient (gravity)

Such an instrument is the reverse of the accelerometer above and structurally resembles the gravitational vector indicator except that it includes a spring which is adjusted to restore the indication to zero in the absence of a gravitational field. The movable element responds quantitatively to gravity (g) only and is completely insensitive to all inertial effects such as acceleration or centrifugal force.

Proposal:

It is proposed that operating models of the three types of instruments be constructed and tested on a centrifugal carriage. Materials for the dipoles of the pivoted systems are to be selected from benificiated gravitational isotopes (both light and heavy) developed under Group E. These prototype instruments are to be adaptable for operation in conjunction with telemetric circuits or servo mechanisms for actuating flight control devices.

I watched again last night the "UFO's, Seeing is believing" by Peter Jennings on the National Geographic Channel. Well, they would end with a big bang theorist Professor Michio Kaku at least admitting that just maybe there were civilizations that were millions of years more advanced then ours in the universe. But, I have to laugh at SETI, since if these advanced civilizations do indeed exist then why does SETI even think they are going to find evidence in the radio spectrum at light speeds when the very existance of aliens around our planet would require capabilities to
travel faster then light in order to traverse the vast distances to arrive at our planet in the first place. Maybe SETI needs to read some of the Townsend Brown documents: "In these experiments, a discharging capacitor induces a voltage in an adjacent capacitor, and the effect appears to penetrate electromagnetic shielding. "The Effect of John Hutchison

An Experiential Overview
It was Friday September 9th, 2005. I was sitting in a wonderfully eclectic Coffee House/Cabaret in Mt. Shasta California after participating in my very first (and incredible) CSETI training with Dr. Steven Greer (The Disclosure Project, CSETI, SEAS Power). I was attending to my E-Mail and enjoying the local fare and I was also preparing to hit the road while anticipating my 10 hour drive back to my little area of Canada in Surrey, BC. Just as I was about to pack up my laptop, a message appeared which caught my attention. It was from Tim Ventura (American Antigravity), Mike Shafer, a Cornell graduate & Microsoft manager and Colby Harper, an IT Professional & STAIF-contributor… all being alt-science enthusiast, as they were planning a road trip up to New Westminster where the object of their “obsession” resided. I quickly replied to let everyone know I was State-side and that I would most likely be passing right by them as they headed out from Seattle the next morning. So, as I was most suited to act as the group tour guide (which I was thrilled to assume), arrangements were made to meet up the next day and continue the trip to New West.

And so the pilgrimage began…

After a few complications in our meeting arrangements in Blaine Washington… we finally got together and crossed the border and were on our way. We arrived in New West about an hour or two late, but none the less, we were greeted by a most welcoming host. I hate those first few awkward moments during new meetings when everyone is analyzing the situation and simply trying to not look out of place… but this was a very short lived phenomenon during this meeting. It might sound corny, and I believe my associates would qualify this, but to this observer, it was very clear right from the beginning that an atmosphere of cooperation and openness was present. I wasn’t sure what to expect, after all, I was meeting someone who seemed to have the power of an incredibly advanced technology within the palms of his hands… and… who knows of anyone else who has the proven ability to levitate a 75 lbs Cannon Ball in mid air?... OR… who simply has … and in absolute reality… the ability to melded two elements together with the flick of a switch (actually, many switches)!

...And, as such, I was become the Genius of John Hutchison!

As I examined his environment, his personality, his ability to make everyone feel that they were on the same level, I soon realized I was in the presence of a very enlightened human being. I do not mean to espouse Sainthood on John, or anything like it, however, there was a distinct feeling of humbleness from this man who could literally have the world in the palms of his hands.

...And, as such, I found myself reflecting on the Humility of John Hutchison…

After spending some time in conversation, discussing how we could actually help change the world for the better and a few ideas of how to actually “do it”… we headed up to see the veritable “proof in the pudding” as it were! There we found ourselves, outside the door of the famous “LAB”… where the very existence of specific alternative/exotic and even “ETS” (extraterrestrial spacecraft) technologies existed… including the letters and documents from various Government types like the Pentagon, Washington, the White House, various Aerospace concerns, Boeing, NASA and the list goes on… WOW… what a trip!

I soon discovered that part of John’s work “must” involve “miniaturization technology” for it was literally close to impossible to move within his lab. Out of the 700 Square feet of apartment space, I estimate that 85-90% has been taken up with the shear volume of John’s lab equipment.

Now, unlike most of my associates, I knew John was under heavy pressure NOT to “spark” up any of his gear. After all, if you lived a few doors from John when he was actively experimenting, you could expect things like various household articles either flipping off your counter or worse/(better), you may find yourself levitating in your living room with no readily available explanation! So, the “cease and desist” order came rather quickly. Then there was the movement to have John removed from the building and the City. All it took to reverse this travesty of justice, was the mention of John’s plight on a very well known late night radio show… and Badda Bing… the letters of support started “gravitating” in. And when the municipal “powers that be” realized exactly who and what they had within the city borders of New Westminster… it must have been quite a scene watching these various dignitaries “back-peddling” on their Shwinn’s along with their apology to John!

So, as we examined “The Lab”, I was struck by the simplicity of John’s existence. Conventional equipment like a toilet, appeared as an afterthought surrounded by wall to wall electronic, physics and other gear. It was obvious to the writer, exactly what was… and is… important to John Hutchison.

Tim Ventura was busy recording every precious moment as John, Colby, Mike, Bryan and myself where crammed into what appeared to be the kitchen! And to lighten the potential for the occasional claustrophobic episode, Mike Shafer came up with a great quote from the movie Apollo 13…

“As you can see... the Lunar module (AKA - John’s Lab) is
really no bigger than the size a couple of telephone booths…”!

It was a timely & classic quote and one that I hope was captured properly on video.

As Tim’s interview came to a close, and as we were not allowed to see the actual “effect” in action, we quickly turned our attention to the “hard” evidence… The actual metal samples that have been subjected to the “Hutchison Effect”.

John quite humbly presented these pieces that have undergone what could quite possibly be, something that no other element that we know of has experienced.

To see these pieces of metal in their modified form was quite an experience and one I will never forget. For when you see the evidence first hand, and to understand that our current model of physics and technology, just might be (sadly) lacking as far as the “updated text” is concerned… well… this was quite sobering… given the world’s current state of affairs.

...And as such, I was taken aback by the potential & power of John Hutchison…

But just how would someone like me go about helping release the shackles place on Hutchison and others like him? I had an idea that has slowly been evolving and I thought it might be as good a time as any to spring it. You see, as a young man growing up in the testosterone induced, horsepower environment of the 70’s, I was constantly challenged by the need to tweak that extra 10 or 20 horse power out of my muscle cars.. Arrr Arrr Arrr! But my environment did dictate how successful or active I was in this regard as I was quite often without a suitable place to do this work. Then came, my “Dream Garage”, (in other words, my “Lab”), when an enterprising company opened a “rent-a-bay” auto garage where you could rent a warm, covered spot to do a simple tune-up or a complete overhaul and I was thrilled. They had an on site mechanic if you needed assistance (for a fee) and they also had a parts department if you forgot to pick up the odd gasket or set of plugs etc… it was “gear heaven” if you know what I mean!

Fast forward to 2005 and here I am relating this adolescent experience with John Hutchison! Growing up myself in Vancouver, BC, John and I had many of the same stories to tell of hanging out at “Little Mountain” (AKA Queen Elizabeth Park), English bay, the North Shore etc… etc… So, with our rapport building, I explained how, similar to the rent-a-bay garage idea, I had envisioned a type of place using the garage as a template but with a fully functional, cooperative-open source science and physics Lab! I went on to describe a place where bright enterprising inventors, physicists and general tinkerers could come and put their theories to the test. I belong to a number of news groups and the general problem facing these “on the edge” inventors is that they simply have no place to do the work… properly. Most will share their plans, diagrams and advice for building these “world changing” technologies but a proper working model was just not forthcoming. And being extremely aware of John Hutchison’s current “static” environment… I asked him if something like this would interest him. The response was one, not un-like what a fish might say if you offered to place him back in the water after landing him in your boat... (that is, if the fish could talk)! I knew I was on to something...

...And as such, I was struck by the open and forward thinking of John Hutchison…

The “Effect” of John Hutchison… as it were.

This is only the beginning. As I learn more and meet different people within this new world I’ve found myself, I pray that one day soon I will actually realize this evolving dream. That before we can say “$10.00 per gallon”… alternative technologies will be found and we can start to turn the tide on this fossil-fuel folly and other madness we find ourselves living with… on our home… planet Earth! I’m hoping to follow this article with updates, news and new ideas on advancing technologies and perhaps… a new and cooperative Lab to help advance them. Stay Tuned!"

The supposed NAZI flying saucers are a hoax in my opinion. If Germany had technology of that level it could have been used to stop high-altitude bombers even with no gun whatsoever mounted on it. They could have simply levitated above the bombers and dropped bombs on them filled with shrapnel, or used some other means to employ them in a devastating manner. I don't think Germany had even the beginnings of such a program. I've studied German weapons a fair amount and have never seen any evidence of such a facility, or technological background to make such a concept happen. The Germans were too busy trying to get a nuclear bomb to bother building flying saucers.

"Regret can only change the future" -Me

I watched a documentary film that was produced by the Knights Templars that included extensive research materials, photos, testimonials and actual footage of test flights of German saucers (rare film). Also Townsend Brown worked on US antigravity experiments, and may have been sent over to Germany at the end of the war. If the pictures and film of saucers in flight are real, and the NAZI's did have the technology then no doubt the rush was on by US and Russians to capture what was left of the research, scientists, and technology at the end of the war.
