As far as I'm concerned even 1/2 of a degree steasy-state would be BIG NEWS. Just remember that S = r x theta. Just use a long rope. Try something like hanging it below a bridge or something. I'll be below on a boat with my laser interferometer, my hot salsa and doritos.

Seriously, I'll be happy for you. You can be the next Bill Gates should this thing works. I may even work for you. Still, I think I'll make just a dime out this. Well, easy come easy go...
