White dwarf. There's my cosmic term.
Genesis chapter 3 explains why the world is so screwed up. Of course, you don't have to believe it, but there it is.
As I understand it, anything can be a plausible explanation for the origin of our universe EXCEPT God... Nice.
Your "evidence" is the same as mine. The Meta Model is an interpretation of the evidence. So is the "God did it" theory. If the Meta Model were really "evidence" it would be fact and truth, but clearly the jury is still out on that.
Why sensor out one competing theory? Because in your opinion, others should not be allowed to make their own conclusions? If you are fallible, then you could be wrong... or couldn't you? Do you know FOR SURE that God does not exist?
How about those Houston Astros? (Does Astros count as an astronomy term?)
Romans 1:25 "They exchanged the truth of God for a lie..."

Ah yes ... Genesis 3. The story of an intolerant tyrant inflicting life-long pain and suffering on all future generations of man for the actions of some snot-nosed brats who once did something they were told not to do. A real prince.
I suppose you are going to claim that this "nice guy" did not know exactly what was going to happen when he created a child, instilled within that child the ability to disobey, and then said to that child: " ... whatever you do, don't do this ... ".
===
Why don't you calm down and spend a few minutes thinking about what I said. Then try again.
I'm offering you an opportunity to make your case in front of one of the most open minded groups of scientists, and science-interested laymen, on the planet. And showing you how most people with an opportunity like this manage to blow it.
What you do with this opportunity is, of course, up to you.

Yes, Larry, I suppose you may change the title of this thread. Too bad you can't split it into two threads.

Thank you. I think I remember the subject of splitting a thread being discussed before, and the answer was no.

What is you evidence that the word of your god is unchanging? After all, he added a "new testament". If his word is unchanging, why a "new testament"?
"If it's not broken don't fix it.", is the inverse of the much more proactive statement, "If it is broken, do fix it."
