Hi Patrick, I've been following this thread since you started and now that you have found something can you answer your own question about how hydrogen and oxygen got from nothing to where it is now? thanks

Patrick,
I see you're getting quite an entertaining thread and quite a lot of thoughtful posts out of "nothing". The fact of matter is that human beings have no semantic problems with the "nothing", which is a concept we use a lot in our speech. It's the Nature itself that has a problem with the "nothing". While a "nothing-entity" could be imagined, a "nothing-process" definitely can't exist in nature since process means changes (at least potential changes) in something, and, quite definitely, "nothing-entity" and "nothing-process" cannot co-exist.

What about the co-existance of "nothing-entity" and "something-process"?
<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>
That's no longer "nothing" by any sane measure, since having a process one must admit "derivatives" of some sense. Case closed.

Would you please elaborate this for me?
<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>
A conjunction of "nothing-entity" and a real process means that at least the "time" and associated derivatives are also real. By the "time" I mean at least a sequence of "events" as states of the process.

A gratis, one more post: anything that was, is. It "is" in it's effects.
Therefore, there has always been a "was." Therefore, there was never a "nothing."

Some of the answers I'm looking for are:
What is the opposite of Time?
What is the opposite of Space?
What is the opposite of Matter?
I know they exist I just don't know what they are. Can anybody help?

Patrick,
This may or may not be of help.
Each of these questions has the same answer: The observer (in other words, a subject; in this instance, you).
The opposite of 3 is not zero; it is 1/3.
The opposite of these things is a mirrored image that is internal, and infinitisemal. Where else would there exist your understanding of these things. Understanding exists (and so, in what dimention?) In other words, your understanding of the universe is an inverse (yet valid and useful) function of reality.
There is another similar image inside of me.
May I say that this is the real nature of the universe; not only a dimention of scale, but an inverse of all of the dimentions. Call it another dimention to add to the five dimentions of the MM, which is equally difficult to erase from existence as all of the other dimentions. So let's say that there are six dimentions: 3 of space, one of time, one of scale, and one of person.
And I will be bold enought to add one final dimention: the dimention [operating along the vectors of all other dimentions] of going towards, or going away from what is harmonious (call it "good").
There would thus be seven dimentions.
