The CTX image I posted also gives details of another smooth surfaced dome-like object nearby.
The ESA image of the same area shows this dome-like object to have an unusual luster in comparison to its surroundings.
(Of interest: the spacewreck and the shiney domed object are also not very far away from the "TEM Ship" object).

The shiney dome also appears in a separate CTX image, off to the left, but near center:

MR,
This is the first confirmation of the wrecked ship. Thanks for spotting it. We wanted to see a HiRISE re-imaging, but we'll take what we can get. The pixel resolution is about the same as M0202913, but the context image shows a wide area and includes some other objects I'm familiar with, which I'll talk about later.
My time to work on this subject now is very limited, but if you wouldnt mind keeping us apprised of any more images, CTX or HiRISE especially in the west candor chasma. My "clean copies" thread has some of the favorites, along with coordinates.
The two highest priorities for HiRISE re-imaging IMO are Nefertiti and the wrecked ship; the later will really be a "smoking gun," IF it is what we think it is.

BTW, your "dome" looks like a head from the nose up to me, and a good candidate for the artificiality hypothesis.
Here's the object downloaded from jp2 and highlighted.

Nefertiti has been acquired by CTX in 9 separate images (one of which is too poor to be viewable). The CTX was taking these pictures with the following description/rationale: "Syria/Claritas dust-raising event monitoring site."
This is a link to the first image; others can be found by simply substituting the picture number at the end of the web address, as follows:

These are the relevant image numbers, followed by the IAS pixel locations within each image:
P02_001972_1657_XI_14S108W (pixel: 4772,3532)
P02_001629_1658_XN_14S107W (pixel: 153,2858)
P20_008657_1654_XI_14S107W (pixel: 3755,4492)
P15_006864_1654_XI_14S107W (pixel: 3697,4158)
P17_007866_1654_XI_14S108W (pixel: 4237,11694)
P16_007220_1655_XI_14S107W (pixel: 1511,2567)
P13_006152_1654_XN_14S107W (pixel: 995,19102)
P11_005229_1655_XI_14S108W (poor quality, pixel: 4148,15782)
P09_004662_1660_XN_14S107W (poor quality should be near middle of image)
These images are unaltered from the original screen captures:

MR, Thanks for the info on CTX imagings of the PI.
I cropped and brightness / contrast enhanced a few of them. They are actually significantly poorer in detail resolution than the original M0305549 image discovered by Levasseur, even though they list a similar resolution in the image data (around 5.5 m/p). So they don't really add to our knowledge. Still it is good to see the Nefertiti face showing up in so many context images - especially in this "dust raising" area.
(As an aside, we know from TVF that "dust raising" or dust storms on Mars is minimal due to the thin atmosphere of Mars, about 1/100th of earth. So although dust can be raised by meteor or micrometeoroid impacts, or landslides, the amount of dust in the air should not present a serious impairment to seeing the Profile Image when it is finally photographed at high resolution.)
Here are two CTX crops from the links given by marsrocks, plus a composite with key of M0305549.
[edit, 4/19/09]
A point of clarification on Mars dust. Obviously the weather also raises dust on Mars. And dust storms, even rare global ones, but usually local, have been observed in NASA images. mars.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/duststorms/
My point about Mars' thin atmosphere resulting in weaker weather patterns is drawn from memory about a discussion that took place in one of the Artificial Structures threads (can't remember which) about the amount of dust we can expect to settle over time on the flat art we observe. Tom's reply was that it would be minimal for the reason stated above.
The other reason I made the comment about "dust-raising" is that I hope it is not being used as an excuse for why we don't yet see a clear hi-res image of Nefertiti.
