I agree with you on this. Based on conventional understanding of black holes being points of singularity your reasoning is correct and defeats my argument.
However, my ideas are based on a non-conventional theory that suggests matter is caused by holes in the ether, and a black hole is simply one big hole in the ether.
In wisp theory the smallest point is that of the wisp, and so no points of singularity exist.
At the centre of a black hole lies zero-state space "emptiness" and the black holes mass lies in the wisp space (ether) surrounding its zero-state sphere's surface, not at its centre.
Convention suggests that light cannot escape a black hole. But there is strong evidence to suggest that black holes are the engines of quasars that generate these jets.
So we could assume that jets of radiation do escape from black holes and convention could be wrong.

fair enough but your going to have to explain more though,first though how do you picture your ether?

This is a good idea, I haven’t thought about it this way, and you could be right. The strength of the black holes surface structure would be almost impenetrable, but some matter could breakthrough and start a reaction in its centre. The poles being the weakest points are where it would get out.

I believe the ether is a substance that is made from tiny particles that I called wisps. I call empty space "zero-state space" and full space "one-state space". We think of space as being void, but in reality it is full of weightless one-state particles (wisps). The ether is responsible for the propagation of light and force. No friction forces exist between wisps, but they are bound together by strong forces, which I believe are nuclear.
Matter is formed as a pattern around a hole in the ether. So for every bit of matter there exists a hole. The pattern that forms around the hole is like a 3-D snowflake (fractal pattern), and this is responsible for giving matter its mass (the mass exists in the ether).
