I'm not sure what to make of this.
If it relates to the "vacuum or void" in space being not empty, but full of field energy or "chiral condensate" then I guess there are similarities with a solid ether space. But I believe that a hole in the ether is "total emptiness" - no forces can transmit through it.
But it could be possible to have a sub-reaction take place in the empty space inside the black hole, which could cause the jets.
I don't know enough about chiral condesate theory to develop the idea further. Do you think that this is important here?

thats the problem i don't know but i think it will. the thing is i looked at ether as a three dimensional matrix,without movement unless acted upon a spining mass, much like a fluid but of course but in a rarefaction state. now this ether is comparable to water in dimensionality(3)it has breadth,length and depth,(it surrounds)but acts as fluid(but really inbetween a gas and fluid,in density) it's(matrix) behavior is based on the dynamics of the masses present,and combinations there of.(sun,planets,moons etc.)much like the dynamics of a stream(to the extreme,rapids) with stones and/or rocks in certain positions causing certain fluidic motion dynamics. now if, as you suggest, that there is a hole in the matrix, how does this happen in a true three dimensional matrix( much like trying to get a hole in our atmosphere,gaseous state). if possible, that would mean density levels.why and how?

Let's "make up" something.
Suppose that matter in a black hole doesn't remain in the center. What if the speed of light below the Swarzchild radius is different than in regular space? Let's say that matter falling into a black hole keeps gaining momentum and gets so hot that it comes out again and in general sticks around just under the Swarzchild radius. Then, it's just "under the skin" of the hole (not in a singularity), hot & mean & ready to spew forth at the slightest break in that skin.
Now, if matter entering at the equator has any angular momentum, and bunches up at the equator, the resulting pressure might force some of it up toward the poles. This "reshapes" the gravitational field into more of a spindle shape ... which is ostensibly weaker at the poles ... and out spews the contents of the hole ... and ... the matter that came form the equator should also escape there so that the process is "self-corking".

I appreciate that the ether concept is not to everyone's liking - following Einstein's special relativity theory, but I fully support it.
My concept of the ether is different from the traditional fluid medium, although it still is a 3-D matrix.
I think the ether has mass and is much harder than steel. Energy can be used to create a hole in it, and the hole would not fill back in (since you cannot fill a hole without creating another one somewhere else).
The ether particles are bound by strong forces (like nuclear), but have no friction.
Much of the time this medium would be in a static state and holes (matter) would pass through it.
But around a spinning black hole the ether would rotate - like a flat spinning discus shape - and its behaviour could be modelled on the properties of a non-frictional fluid.
Consider a medium of water (poor ether example). Put this in a box in outer space and leave an air bubble in the box.
With no gravity acting on it the bubble would stay a bubble and it would move around within the box. The bubble cannot be filled in to make it disappear.
A bubble or hole in solid ether would distort the surrounding space creating density variation. The ether density nearer the hole would be less that that farther from it.
